Chard WATCH is reliant on donations. Our thanks go to the following benefactors:
The very lovely people over at Phoenix Fitness (Chard) have donated some of their memberships to a future WATCH raffle.
They are a very friendly and welcoming gym with a nice family atmosphere, that supports both new and experienced gym goers. They also offer free nutritional advice and support to local people and are happy to help!
So a big thank you to everyone over there for supporting us, and we look forward to seeing you in our sweats soon!

Kevin Townsend's sister, Mrs Julie Bingham has recently donated an incredible £1,000 to Chard WATCH CIC! I'm not sure I can even count that high, let alone express our gratitude in a few simple lines such as this. Thank you SO MUCH for your generosity, Julie! 🙂
It seems a bit odd to type this when she's sitting right next to me, but a big public thanks to Paula Moon, WATCH's very own Administration Coordinator, for her recent donation of cups, costing her a total of £23.70! That really was very kind of you.

The WATCH Project had a very productive couple of hours in the foyer of Chard Tesco yesterday (22nd November 2017). We raised a total of £104.12 – helped in no small part by the popularity of our mascot, and Jayne’s emotional well-being dog, Sam!
We owe a big thank you to Tesco for hosting us, and an enthusiastic pat on the back (loaded with gratitude) for Jayne, Sam, Sarah, Kevin, Richard, Lisa and Nicola for braving the elements and collecting there on our behalf.
I would name the public one-by-one for their generous donations as well, but that list could end up being very long indeed, so I’ll just thank you all with this blanket sentiment for now: Cheers, everybody! We really appreciate your support.
Chard WATCH would like to say a huge thank you for the years funding we have had to enroll new volunteers to our one day a week project, and the support that has helped enhance our website to provide more information that will help more members attend.
