What matters is you

Reaching out can feel daunting. You might be unsure where to start, worried about being judged, or wondering whether what you’re experiencing is “enough” to ask for help. You may feel isolated, overwhelmed, low in confidence, or simply disconnected — or you might not have the words for it yet. That’s okay.

At WATCH, there’s no right or wrong reason to get in touch. You don’t need a diagnosis, a referral, or a clear plan. What matters is you.

WATCH offers a friendly Wellbeing Drop-In on a Thursday morning from 9:30 to 11am, based at The Hive, Essex Close, Chard, TA20 1RH. Here you can have a cuppa and a chat with someone who can help you find your way into the support available to you.

If you’d prefer to have a chat with someone on the phone first, please click on the Let’s Talk button below.

Everyone has potential

We believe everyone has potential, a voice, and their own way forward. Our role is to walk alongside you, listen without judgement, and help you explore what support might feel right for you — at your pace, in your way. Together, we can discover pathways that build connection, confidence, and a sense of belonging.

If you’re curious, hesitant, or just need a starting point, this page is for you. Taking the first step doesn’t mean committing to anything — it simply opens the door to a conversation.

You’re not alone. And you don’t have to do this on your own.
