It’s been eight days since Henry Felton ran ten kilometres and he’s probably wandering where that tenner I promised him is, if he’s not busy nursing his legs in a bath of ice anyway. (It is coming, promise!)
A man of his word, Henry has raised a massive £610 in the name of WATCH to date and is still accepting donations, if you’re willing or able. We actually suggested using any of the excess cash to build a bronze statue in his honour and sticking it outside the youth club, but the man is so humble, he politely declined – which just makes us want to use gold instead.
A well-deserved round of applause is hard to transcribe in writing, but everyone at the Project is so flattered and grateful for his support, I’m going to try expressing our sentiment through clapping my hands against the keyboard:

[*Which roughly translates to: Thank you so much, Henry! Please pay us a visit sometime and feel free to wear them nice shoes you’re always scared of scuffing. They won’t touch the floor as we carry you to a lifetime’s free supply of lukewarm tea at the breakfast bar. :-)]
I must confess, Henry did send me a before and after picture of his run, and he’s proven to be such a machine of a man, I’m struggling to figure out which is which! You’ll find his impressive face attached below, along with the breakdown of his run from an app he was using.
