Much like her ‘Bubble and Speak’ community kitchen (every Wednesday at the Guild Hall, 11am-2pm), Kate Rew will be taking on the role of the Little Red Hen and asking members of the W.A.T.CH Project every Thursday, “Who will help me bake this bread?”
Now in charge of lunches, Kate will be supervising member’s interested in learning to cook and helping them to learn practical skills in the kitchen. (And those just looking to selfishly fill their bellies can benefit from the rewards of a healthy balanced diet!)
If you have any produce to spare, like home grown vegetables, please let us know. Kate could turn your cauliflower into a singing, dancing, Disney character – She’s that good!
And we’re very pleased to have her don our apron.
