Last week we held a training and development session with the Management, Project and Peer Champion Teams. Our focus was the Watch ‘Peer Pathway’ and what this means for people who are a part of the Project, our training sessions, or many of the other things that are on offer.
We all agreed that the Peer Pathway is a unique and individual journey for the person irrespective of how they have chosen to come to Watch. We also discussed the importance of Peer Support along this journey and we were able to reflect on how Peer Support has been supportive to us in our own journeys.
