We’d like to express our gratitude to Chard Town Council who were able to help us set up the Pro Watch initiative through their Community Development Fund.
Since we received the funding last year, Pro Watch has enabled us to promote and publicise WATCH to a far wider audience, reaching people we would never have been able to make contact with previously. This has meant more people have been aware of what WATCH does and, as a direct result of this. we have been able to help more vulnerable and isolated adults in Chard and the surrounding area.
Covid 19 has made this work doubly important and it would not have been possible without Chard Town Council’s support.
